This packing was great, as one would expect from amazon. However there was a very visible circular black mark on the back of the bag - this was not a problem bc I called amazon and got the BEST customer service!!! there's already a replacement bag on it's way and my customer service representative was polite and helpful, even apologizing for something that's not amazon's fault at all! in addition, the return process for my original bag is so simple. I cannot say enough how amazing the customer service is at amazon - this is why I have always trusted the products sold here and always come back when i'm searching for items needed.
But in short, THIS BAG IS A MUST FOR AN EVERYDAY SATCHEL! and if you were hesitating about the color, DON'T!! it's a beautiful deep red-purple that will match with all your fall wardrobe and transition nicely into spring!!!

I've been a fan of Rebecca Minkoff for years now and I was highly anticipating this raspberry MAM new for Fall 2011. Amazon was wonderful and got this shipped to me in 3 days!! the bag is BEAUTIFUL!!! the pictures online don't do it justice at all! the color is slightly darker in real life and as with all RM bags, the leather is gorgeous and the bag is made so well! of course comes with the "vincent call me" and authencity cards in the inner pocket and leopard dust bag (matches with the leopard lining inside, also new for the fall 2011 bags).This packing was great, as one would expect from amazon. The raspberry mab mini was beautiful, but it didn't fit my needs. I wanted an everyday bag - to fit my essentials(e.g. wallet, makeup bag, cell phone, keys, pencil/pen, and 2 small notebooks). I'm a teacher so I need a smaller purse (as I also carry my teaching bag). The mab mini would be great if I traveled often and used it as a carry on. I purchased the bag at a great price from Amazon, and was sorely disappointed when I decided to return the bag. I am waiting patiently and eagerly for the return of the mini mini MAB this summer.
