Amazon was wonderful and got this shipped to me in 3 days!! the bag is BEAUTIFUL!!! the pictures online don't do it justice at all! the color is slightly darker in real life and as with all RM bags, the leather is gorgeous and the bag is made so well! of course comes with the "vincent call me" and authencity cards in the inner pocket and leopard dust bag (matches with the leopard lining inside, also new for the fall 2011 bags).This packing was great, as one would expect from amazon. However there was a very visible circular black mark on the back of the bag - this was not a problem bc I called amazon and got the BEST customer service!!! there's already a replacement bag on it's way and my customer service representative was polite and helpful, even apologizing for something that's not amazon's fault at all! in addition, the return process for my original bag...
