I only brought the dress because of the sales price. The red is a deep beautiful red. I normally wear a size 8 or some 9's so a brought a large. The large fits but it's a little tight. Bebe tends to run alittle small. The straps are very long so I will need to get this altered. The front of the dress is big and droops just like the other views claimed. Factoring in alternations I don't think the dress was worth the price but I love the color. Item is exactly as pictured, with the exception noted by previous buyers: the top seems to have been designed disproportionally in an odd way. The back (not the chest) is too large; however, I feel it is entirely worth the necessary alteration, which I expected to make anyway since I ordered a medium. I ordered a medium because BeBe has a tendency to run small but also have a lot of variation in their sizes It really is almost like this dress was made for someone with a hunch or? The straps are also overly long due to the broadness of just the back portion. After these small fixes, though, this dress is really just perfect. My #s: 5'11", 36B-26W-34H. Good length (not inappropriately short). Quality material & stitching. |
